Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees
For logistical and environmental reasons, our warehouse is located in Asia, close to our suppliers. All returns must therefore be sent to this warehouse in Asia.
Return shipping costs, as well as any associated risks, are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that Grippi is not responsible for these costs and cannot be held liable for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed.
In addition, a 10% processing fee will be deducted per returned product.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As outlined above, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit within 10 business days. Store credit can be used toward future purchases on our website. Please note that it may take a short time for the store credit to appear in your account after approval.
