Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the products are handed over to the carrier.

GRIPPI uses Shopify to power the Services. All purchases are made directly with GRIPPI. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and GRIPPI and you expressly release Shopify from any related claims or liabilities.
