Shipping policy
Grippi ships worldwide. We work with reliable shipping partners around the globe to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
Depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method, orders shipped with Standard Shipping (Free) typically have a delivery time of 2–10 business days. For faster delivery, Express Shipping is available for selected countries and will be shown at checkout.
Please note that all orders are subject to a processing time of 1–3 business days. Transit time begins on the first business day after the order has been dispatched.
Please be aware that orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
Shipping Guarantee
Grippi’s Shipping Guarantee provides additional protection and peace of mind for international shipments. Exchanges, returns, or refunds are only available for orders that have been successfully delivered to the customer.
If a package is considered lost or stuck in transit and has not been delivered within the guaranteed timeframe of 20 business days, we reserve the right to ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
Address & Delivery
Grippi is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrectly provided delivery address. Orders are shipped to the address entered by the customer at checkout.
We do not ship to APO/FPO or military addresses. Our express shipping partners (such as DHL and FedEx) are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Please carefully review your address details, as we are unable to reroute shipments or process refunds once an order has been dispatched.
Delays & Liability
Grippi is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Delivery times are estimates based on information provided by our shipping partners and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of delays beyond our control.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
Grippi handles all customs procedures, taxes, and import duties in advance. Customers will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
All prices displayed on our website include applicable import duties and taxes. Your order will be delivered without any additional customs or clearance charges.
In the rare event that you are asked to pay customs or tax-related fees upon delivery, please contact us immediately. Grippi will resolve the issue on your behalf.
Customers are not at risk of unexpected charges and will not be confronted with additional payments upon receiving their order.
Uncollected or Missed Deliveries
Grippi is not responsible for orders marked as delivered or for which a delivery attempt has been made. It is the customer’s responsibility to receive the package or collect it from the local post office in a timely manner.
If a package is not collected in time, it may be returned or destroyed. If a package is returned to the warehouse without our authorization, it will be automatically reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Grippi cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered. Our responsibility ends when the tracking status shows “Delivered” or “Delivery Attempted / Notice Left.”
In cases of suspected theft or loss after delivery, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, reporting the incident to local authorities.
